We're Now on YouTube. Here's Why We Started Filming.

For the last few years, every update on Perseuss has come as text.

Blog breakdowns. LinkedIn posts. Long explanations of DIM divisors, rate cards, and why your box size is costing you more than your label.

That's not changing.

But some of this is easier to show than to explain.

A checkout catching a customer who was about to abandon their cart.

Two boxes side by side, one built for a 139 DIM divisor, one for 166.

A warehouse floor at 6am, running the software the way it's actually used.

You can write three paragraphs about any of that. Or you can film ten seconds of it.

Perseuss now has a YouTube channel: @perseussLLC.

Why We're Adding Video Now

Three things pushed this.

The product now covers more ground than one blog post can. Perseuss started with cartonization, AI-driven box selection across parcels, pallets, and now LTL. That work is still growing, especially as more operations diversify carriers and rate structures multiply. Alongside it, Perseuss also runs Dates & Rates, a Shopify checkout app giving DTC brands and 3PLs accurate delivery dates and transparent shipping rates. Two products, two very different audiences. A channel holds both stories better than a single feed.

The cost of bad cartonization is hard to see in writing. We've spent a lot of posts explaining why static rules quietly overcharge you on every shipment. It's a real number, but it's an invisible one, buried across thousands of small overages. On camera, we can actually show the box that shouldn't have been used, and the smaller one that should have.

Operators trust what they can see running. 3PLs and DTC brands evaluating a cartonization engine want proof, not another claims page. Watching a live demo, or hearing a founder talk about what a bad delivery estimate cost them, does more work than a case study.

What's Going on the Channel

CEO Tomas David Ye, on camera. Unscripted walkthroughs of what's being built at Perseuss, what's worked, what hasn't, and the decisions behind the company, from his time at Amazon through founding Perseuss.

Behind-the-scenes footage from real warehouse floors. Where this software actually runs, the operators using it day to day, and the gap between what a dashboard reports and what's happening on the floor.

Conversations with the operators and founders using Perseuss. Direct accounts of what inaccurate cartonization or unreliable delivery estimates actually cost a business, in their own words.

Live product demos. Dates & Rates running at checkout. Cartonization assigning cartons in real time, per carrier, per order. Unedited, including the parts that don't go perfectly.

More formats as the channel grows. This is a starting point, not the full plan.

The Same Company, a New Format

Perseuss exists because fulfillment runs on guesswork that quietly costs businesses money, on the warehouse floor and at checkout. That hasn't changed. What's changed is how much of it you can now see for yourself.
